Warcry Entertainment Group is a company situated in the city of Larissa Greece and it is active in the music industry. It consists of Warcry Concerts, Warcry Studios and Warcry Management. Warcry Studios is a place where artists can rehearse and produce their music in the most professional way. Moreover, our company is able to provide services for radio and television stations, film and any other kind of activity that involves recording and sound processing. Warcry Studios combine top acoustics, high end equipment along with the expertise of the staff, thus being one of the best establishments for rehearsals, recordings, mixing and mastering in the country.  

Our goal is to provide to young artists from Greece and abroad the means to materialize their ideas and musical visions in a facility where professionalism and love for music are the top priorities.

Acoustics Planning 

The acoustics planning was implemented by the specifications of recording and audio reproduction in both stereo surround mode and 5.1 surround mode.

Sound Insulation 

Noise rating curves (NR) where used in order to specify the levels of sound insulation needed. The insulation was achieved using special constructions such floating floors, walls, ceilings, doors and windows. The sound ratings showed that in the best case scenario the NR15 curve was achieved and that in the worst case scenario the NR35 curve was not exceeded.

Internal Acoustics 

According to the international specifications the desirable average reverberation time in a control room with a volume of 32.2 cubic meters such as ours, is Tm=0,17 sec, with a tolerance between 0,12 and 0,47 sec for the low frequencies, between 0,12 and 0,22 sec for the middle frequencies and between 0,07 and 0,22 sec for the high frequencies.

In the diagram below the reverberation time of our control room is illustrated according to the tests made before and after the acoustic treatments were made. The same calculations and treatments were made in all the rooms of the studio.
